Niti Randhawa, MD Medical Director Niti Randhawa, MD is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been a practicing physician for 20 years. She is a proud native of Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1988. She completed her undergraduate training in Pre-med at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a BA in Biology in 1992. She earned her medical degree, Doctor of Medicine, from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1996. She then completed her residency training in family medicine in 1999 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Randhawa chose medicine as her lifelong calling at a very early age when it became clear that she had a deep desire to help others. Throughout her medical training and career, she developed a deep interest in combining traditional, allopathic medicine with proven complementary and alternative methods for healing. She continues to study and pursue this exciting side of medicine, where she feels strongly that both sides are necessary for helping patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. In addition, her interest in aesthetic medicine grew as she realized the extreme benefit to general well-being when a person feels confident in their outer appearance and therefore, feels confidence in themselves. As a result, Dr. Randhawa trained in performing Botox and fillers and received her certification in 2008. As she pursued her interest in integrative health, she realized that self-empowerment is the key to well-being and for living an optimal and balanced life. There are many aspects of achieving and maintaining wellness and these involve balancing the body, the mind and the spirit, and she aims to empower patients/clients with the tools they need to feel empowered to live their best life possible. After completing her medical training, Dr. Randhawa was honored to work with a well-known Complementary and Alternative Medicine physician in North Texas for about 2 years, after which she relocated to Virginia Beach with her husband who served in the US Navy. She remained in Virginia Beach until 2008 and then excitedly returned home to the North Dallas area where she has remained and continues to work with Avanti Skin Care Center. When Dr. Randhawa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and her dog, a 200-pound Great Dane. She enjoys traveling, exercising, playing the piano and has an ongoing quest and thirst for knowledge.

Ladan Khadivar Manager / Medical Aesthetician Ladan is a medical aesthetician and a facialist. She graduated from Paul Michelle Cosmetology School, and received her license in March of 2007. Ladan is looking forward to seeing Avanti reach its full potential. Her beautiful smile makes everyone comfortable when they come in the door of Avanti. Ladan is married and a mother of two kids. She loves animals, and loves to spend her spare time with her family and their dog.

Corina Martinez Aesthetician I've always had an interest in skin and how to take care of it. I realizied that properly taking care of your skin - inside and out, makes a huge difference. I have a genuine care and concern for my clients and their overall well-being. I received my training as an aesthetician from Aveda Institute of Dallas in 2014, and my laser training from Aesthetic Laser Academy in 2015. My training has allowed me to help clients improve their skin and to educate them on skin care. I want to share my passion and knowledge with others.

Kristen Scofield RN., B.S.N. (Nurse / Injector) Kristin Scofield, RN, BSN graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and immediately found her home in Cosmetic Dermatology in 1999. Her career began working side by side by her mentor; a pioneer in Dermatology advances in lasers, fillers, and neurotoxins, Kristin’s future was molded. Kristin has such a passion for the art of injecting and has a dedicated following of patients throughout the Metroplex. Her stellar reputation has brought her many local celebrities, models, international models, and local professional athletes to her chair so that they may look good on and off camera. Her work experience is established and her knowledge in the field is sought after. By demand, Kristin started a consulting company in 2006, Dramatology, LLC. She helps others learn various techniques on injecting fillers, neurotoxins, laser training, and injecting leg veins. “I had an excellent teacher which allows me, in return to teach others. In addition, helping my patients look their best is the most fulfilling part of my day. I love my work and hope to be practicing for a very long time.”

Lobna Ardalan Lash Artist Hi, My name is Lobna and I am the lash artist for Avanti. I absolutely love what I do. I take pride in providing this service for our clientele. I truly believe that full lashes make a amazing difference in the overall appearance of our beauty. One of my top priorities is making sure my clients walk out feeling confident and satisfied.

Joy Lavender Medical Aesthetician Joy is a medical Esthetician and licensed Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician, the highest of four levels awarded by the state of Texas. Joy joined the Avanti team in 2008. She is active in aesthetic organizations and is dedicated to continuing education and staying up to date on the latest technologies. While Joy's prime focus is to develop and recommend results oriented treatments, she goes out of her way to treat every client as if they were her only client. Joy will pamper her clients to the fullest and ensure that their experience at Avanti is second to none.

Rachel Lane Aesthetician and Professional Laser Technician Rachel graduated from Ogle in Denton from the esthetics program in February of 2019. Afterwards she went on to National Laser Institute in Dallas and completed cosmetic laser training in June of 2019. She says “I love getting to help clients learn about skin care and understand what their skin needs. Everyone should be able to feel their best and be confident. It can be hard to take time and invest in yourself, but it’s worth it".

Taylor Aesthetician Taylor is a licensed Aesthetician and certified Laser Technician with over 5 years of experience in the Medspa industry. She graduated from both Aveda Institute Dallas and National Laser Institute Dallas in 2017. She believes you should never stop learning and has attended many training sessions and seminars since graduation, achieving even more certifications. She prides herself on providing safe and ethical treatments for all clients with any skin type.
